How does RepSave send messages to my customers?+

Growth and Pro plans include three trigger options: (1) Booking integrations like Calendly and Fresha that fire automatically when a booking is fulfilled, (2) Stripe trigger that fires after every successful payment, or (3) the manual trigger form on all plans — enter the customer's name and email after each job and RepSave handles the rest. Starter plan customers use the manual form as their primary method.

What happens if a customer is unhappy?+

Our Negative Intercept catches unhappy customers before they reach Google. If a customer selects "okay" or "not what I expected," they're shown a private feedback form — not a review link. You receive an instant private alert so you can resolve it. We also send a genuine apology message on your behalf. The complaint never goes public, and the feedback gives you valuable insight to improve your service.

How does the manual trigger form work?+

After signing up, we send you a unique trigger form link. Open the link on your phone, enter your customer's name and email, and hit submit. RepSave instantly sends them the experience message. We recommend pinning the link to your phone's home screen for quick access. It's your primary method on Starter, or a reliable backup on Growth and Pro.

Can I customise the messages?+

All messages are branded with your business name and personalised with your customer's name. Coming soon: a full template editor with custom branding including your logo, colours, and message templates for Growth and Pro plans.

Do I need technical knowledge to set up?+

None at all. You complete your subscription and we handle everything else — your account, branded messages, and trigger form. Setup takes under 2 minutes on your end. If you ever need help, email us at hello@repsave.co.uk and we respond within 24 hours.

Is there a contract or commitment?+

No contract. Cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. There is a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment — if RepSave isn't right for you within the first 14 days, email us for a full refund. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days.

I'm based outside the UK — can I use RepSave?+

RepSave is currently focused on UK businesses. However, if you're based internationally and interested, we welcome your enquiry. Email us at hello@repsave.co.uk and we'll let you know whether it's a fit.
